The primary responsibility is to support the Americas' Sales organization through the use of a variety of data analytical tools. This person must be a self-starter, results oriented, problem solver, with levels of high attention to detail.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

      Use excel and other tools to perform extensive data analysis

      Respond to inquiries and prepare reports for Sales Management

      Gather information from internal management and commercial stakeholders about future needs and growth

      Gather and analyse data to present insightful analytics

      Identify new data sets, identify trends

      Present data

      Generate dashboard analytics when requested by key stakeholders

      Co-ordinate and distribute regular reports regarding Sales Metrics, including Revenue Goals, Sales Complaints, Customer Evaluations etc.

      Liaise with internal stakeholders across EMEA & US


Skills & Aptitude

      Competent at data analytics, organization skills, ability to interrogate data, analyze results and identify trends.

      Expert experience with excel such as complex formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, charting, auditing data etc.

      Experience with Tableau, Incorta and Oracle (including CRM, Reports and APEX) an advantage.

      Highly numerate, logical thinker, and comfortable working with large data sets.

      Able to work under deadlines.

      Excellent communication skills interpret and present findings to stakeholders across various levels in the organization.
