This is a temporary role within the Human Resources function. It is estimated that the contract will be for a period of 6-12 months. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of HR related tasks including:

  • Supporting the HR Manager and Management team with any HR issues including advice and guidance where appropriate
  • Employee Relations
  • Coordinating and delivering bespoke training activities including induction
  • Supporting and participating in the recruitment life cycle from start to finish in line with best practice 
  • Undertaking all relevant administrative tasks including the maintenance of personnel records,
  • managing the time and attendance system for weekly payroll
  • Assisting with HR projects

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a Human Resources function and have current knowledge of employment law and practical experience of recruitment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a flexible, professional and organised approach to their work. The ability to interact successfully with all levels in the organisation is essential.
