General Summary:

The Quality Analyst analyzes and reports quality metrics data.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collect data for quality metrics such as Internal Audit Findings, Customer Audit Findings, Third-Party Audit Findings, Corrective Actions, Supplier Performance, Preventive Actions, Customer Complaints, Nonconforming Product, Process Performance and Continuous Improvement.
  • Conduct root cause investigations.
  • Analyze and report data to management using database, spreadsheet, charting and graphical tools.
  • Conduct Internal Audits and Effectiveness Audits of Closed Corrective Actions.

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • H.S. Diploma required. Two-year Technical Degree preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Point, and database programs.
  • Excellent knowledge of Oracle ERP system.
  • Audit experience with ISO 9001 or other Quality Management Systems.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
