JOB OVERVIEW

The Record Scanner is responsible to ensure that completed quality records are scanned and uploaded to SharePoint online storage for retention. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Organize files and records to prepare for scanning.
  • Review documents and records for errors or omissions.
  • Scans documents and records of data after records are released by Quality Engineers and Technicians.
  • File digital copies of scanned records.
  • Physically files paper records in file cabinets after scanning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Able to operate a multi-function printer/ scanner
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Process and Good Documentation Practices
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Understands and follows SOP's, MPI's, Procedures, Polices and Work Instructions

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Working Conditions - The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (as in typical office or administrative work). The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas, which may require the use of personal protective equipment such as, gloves, frocks, hair and beard covers, face protection, foot protection, safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection.
